Shipping Policy

We will endeavour to send out confirmed orders within 24 hours of receipt, stock permitting. All orders are sent Express, recorded delivery via Aus Post and charged at a flat rate of $15.

 

Australia-wide Express Post Parcels: 

• Same state: 1-2+ business days

• Interstate: 1-3+ business days 

All orders over $100 will receive free shipping. Aus post tracking numbers are available on request. 

 

If Aus Post lose or damage your parcel for any reason be sure to contact them for resolution first. We carefully pack each order and track the delivery to ensure all is done to ensure you receive your order timely and to the highest standard.

Return & Refund Policy

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.

 

This is when the item:
1. Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it. 
2. Is unsafe.
3. Is significantly different from the sample or description.

4. Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed or resolved. If the problem is not major, we will replace the item within a reasonable time. If it is not replaced in a reasonable time you can choose a refund. Please keep your proof of purchase —e.g. your receipt.

 

We are committed to supplying Australian's with the best cacao products possible. All genuine issues that don't meet that expectation will be taken seriously with upmost effort to resolve.
